The List

this is going to be the last photo i post from this trip. 35mm BW taken on one of the first couple days, only developed recently

if any of you didn’t know i wasn’t staying in hotels, i lived right here in the back of my car across 17 dif there’s a lot to explore in Utah, which i didn’t explore much at all. it was unbearably hot soon as i reached the desert so it quickly turned into reroute time as heat sickness is sadly, not fun. i’ll be back when you’re colde last of the rainbows it’s all doom & gloom from here ✨🥳✨ so i followed the colorado river for quite a while on the long descent towards utah

it’s pretty well known now it’s not doing well, which feels even more apparent having crossed just about every other major river between here and massach more stage things the air got so thin walking up to that last 12k feet, temperature dropped fast and everyone there could hardly breath. up on top of it all

- round of applause for my tiny lil sedan making it betty who spent a night on the side of Grand Lake while i was up in the rocky mountains, when i pulled up it was already pretty dark with lovely drizzling rain and a bit of gloomy fog, fell asleep a little later to the sound of a howling storm a couple inches
recently got a new old vintage lens - copy of a mir 24n, naturally when the package arrived i immediately photographed the nearest willing model til death we do art
fur or feathers? i realize it’s been a while but hey, it’s october

#pride2022 i saw this firewatch tower up on a mountain in the distance while i was driving down a long empty road. of course i decided i wanted to be up there

by the time i drove over to it the sun was getting low and it’d been drizzling and wet all day so by now i’ve made a fair few self portraits and i haven’t posted a new one in a while so with this i thought for once i’d actually go more in depth about the process of making one.

the simple circumstance is that i shot this in t
one of the most dangerous roads in the world apparently. lots of sharp and steep windy turns and tight tunnels all along but also, pretty

at the end you can see the one that survived just fine the whole way 🌿 mirror selfies and sculptures of someone that’d likely have objected to the place highlighting people not rocks
